Yearbook Delay
It wasn't cool that we didn't get our yearbooks until after graduation and were given a small paper booklet to have everyone sign. Remember at the Senior Brunch? Then, we finally receive our yearbook and it had numerous errors throughout! Unfortunate to receive our last High School memory book so late:(

Thanks for posting...Yeah I remember that vividly. What the heck was up with that? Anyways, we're hoping that all that is behind us and we can re-connect at the reunion in October. There will be some photos posted from that yearbook including the famous fieldhouse panoramic!

Very true! I recently found that little paper booklet, and was able to match it up to my yearbook. My girlfriend thought that I was a nutjob, not having any signatures in my senior yearbook! I don't recall the circumstances though? Any ideas as to why we received them so late?

Hi Aaron. I think the delay was caused by the yearbook comittee not submitting a cover design on time. I think that was due to us Seniors not having any cover ideas. Does anyone remember? Im I at least on the right track?

Hey there... the delay was that they wanted the yearbook to cover EVERYTHING from that year. The problem with previous years is that our spring portion had the seniors from the year before and not our own spring season. So, as seniors, we would never see our own prom pics, spring play, and sports/activity pages. I remember it was a decision made by whoever the teacher was that ran it at the time. I don't remember her name, sorry!

I recall my brother graduating the year before I was a freshman and him asking me to buy him a yearbook so that he could have his senior pics. Sounds like the intention was to save us from having to buy the following years yearbook in order to see our late in the school year pics. In my mind, it sounds like it was a decent idea but perhaps it didn't pan out so well with people.
